Ketoprak

This type of food that we normally found in some of the places in Jakarta. Food, which consists of, bean sprouts, lontong / ketupat, and fried tofu, rice noodles created over the peanut flavor. and its enough to create satisfied.

Ingredients :

·    Bean sprouts according to taste
·    tofu sliced quarters , Fried

·    100 gr bihun / rice noodles
·    lontong (rice cake in banana leave wrapped) or
·    ketupat (rice cake in bamboo wrapped). Sliced
·    Crackers
·    200 gr Peanuts, fried
·    palm sugar , salt , garlic ,  cayenne or cayenne papper
·    50 cc tamarind water
·    Sweet soy sauce

Methods :

Grind peanuts, garlic,cayenne or cayenne papper, tamarind water in the blender.
Parboil bean sprouts, drain them with the strainer.
Soak dried bihun in boiled water to reconstitute, then drain them.
Arrange tofu, bean sprouts and bihun on the serving plate,
Put sauce and fried, crackers shallots on top. (rH)
