GREEK GOURMET BURGER
·    1 1/2 pounds Organic Prairie ground beef (thawed)
·    1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
·    1/4 cup organic feta cheese
·    1 1/2 medium green onion (chopped)
·    1/4 teaspoon dried dill
·    1/4 cup tomato (chopped)
·    1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
·    1/2 teaspoon basil
·    1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

In an ample bottle bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and arctic for 1 hour to acquiesce flavors to mingle.
Form into 6 patties. Cook over medium-high calefaction for 6 minutes on anniversary ancillary for average doneness. Serve over melancholia greens.
