Shrimp Curry, food recipes with delicious flavors.
Ingredients :
· Shrimp - 0.5 kg · Pepper - 0.5 tsp · The shallot - 10 · Garlic - 3 cloves · Hazelnuts – 7 cloves
· red chilli – 10 chopped · turmeric – 7 · coconut milk - 3 cups · vegetable oil - 0.5 cups · salt - according to taste
Methods : Remove shells from shrimp, leaving tails intact. Remove back veins from shrimp. Add red onion, garlic, hazelnuts, red chili, turmesic, to blender, blend a while Stir-fry until fragrant spices Put the shrimp , stir until shrimp changes color. Add papper, coconutmilk and salt.
